1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Clarida Inc. ("Clarida," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. They govern your use of claridavision.com, the Ask Clarida platform, and any products you purchase from us.

By using our website, using Ask Clarida, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We have written these Terms in plain language because many of the people who visit our website are managing age-related macular degeneration and should not have to work through dense legal text to understand what they are agreeing to. Plain language does not make these Terms any less binding.

Please read Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 carefully. They limit our liability and affect how disputes between us are resolved.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase from us or to create an account. By placing an order you confirm that you are eighteen or older.

We currently ship to all fifty United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

International shipping is planned and we will announce it when it becomes available.

If you are ordering on behalf of another person — a parent, a spouse, someone in your care — you confirm that you have their permission to provide their information and that they are eighteen or older.

3. Our Products and Your Purchase

What Clarida Eye Support Capsules are

Clarida Eye Support Capsules are a dietary supplement as that term is defined under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA). They are not a drug, not a medical device, and not a treatment for any disease.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We say this plainly because it is true and because you deserve to know exactly what you are buying. Clarida is built on a scientific hypothesis about immune timing and retinal biology. That hypothesis has not been proven in human clinical outcomes. Anyone who tells you otherwise about any product in this category is not being straight with you.

Talk to your doctor

Please speak with your eye care professional or physician before starting Clarida, particularly if you take prescription medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, are scheduled for surgery, or are pregnant or nursing.

This matters more for Clarida than for many products. The protocol is designed around immune timing, and certain medications — systemic corticosteroids, biologic immunosuppressants, and others — may interact with it. Your physician needs to know you are taking it.

Clarida is not a substitute for medical care. If you have been prescribed treatment for macular degeneration or any other condition, continue it and follow your doctor's guidance.

Orders and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and prices accurately. If an error occurs — a mispriced item, an out-of-stock product listed as available — we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you if this happens.

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. The price that applies is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

Shipping

We ship to all fifty US states. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, delays are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@claridavision.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

4. Ask Clarida

Ask Clarida is an artificial intelligence tool available on our website. Before you use it, please understand the following.

Ask Clarida provides educational information only. Its responses do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. They are informational, and nothing more.

Ask Clarida is not a substitute for professional medical care. It cannot examine your eyes, review your history, or know anything about your particular situation. It is not a doctor and it does not replace one.

Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions. If you are managing macular degeneration or any eye condition, your retinal specialist or eye care professional should be your primary source of guidance. Ask Clarida is not.

We make no warranty that Ask Clarida's responses are accurate, complete, or current. The system is built on a defined evidence base and is designed to state clearly what has and has not been demonstrated. But it uses a large language model, and language models can produce responses that are incomplete, out of date, or wrong. We work continuously to reduce this. We cannot eliminate it, and we will not claim to have.

You use Ask Clarida at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarida is not liable for any decision you make, or refrain from making, based on anything Ask Clarida tells you.

Do not enter personal medical information. Please do not share your medical records, test results, diagnoses, or identifying information. Ask Clarida is not designed to receive it and it is not protected as it would be in a clinical setting.

Do not rely on Ask Clarida in an emergency. If you experience sudden vision loss, sudden distortion, flashes, a curtain across your field of vision, or eye pain, contact your eye care professional or seek emergency care immediately. Do not use a chatbot.

Your conversations may be reviewed to improve the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. The Visionary Guarantee

We stand behind Clarida with a 120-day guarantee on your first order.

Here are the terms.

If you follow the six-dose daily protocol as directed and do not notice a meaningful difference in your visual comfort within 120 days of your first purchase, we will refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.

Applies to your first order only. One guarantee claim per household.

Opened bottles are eligible. We do not expect you to evaluate a protocol you have not taken. Use it.

To request a refund, contact us at returns@claridavision.com or call 757-327-1762 within 120 days of your first purchase date.

Return shipping is covered by Clarida. We will provide a prepaid label.

Refunds are processed within ten business days of our receipt of your return, back to the original payment method.

The guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline claims where there is evidence of abuse — multiple claims across households at the same address, resale, or similar. We expect this to be rare and we would rather trust you.

This guarantee is not a claim that Clarida will improve your vision. It is our commitment that if you try it and it is not for you, you should not be out of pocket.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on claridavision.com is owned by Clarida Inc. or licensed to us. This includes text, graphics, images, logos, the Clarida name and marks, the Ask Clarida platform and its underlying knowledge base, our scientific publications, and the design and arrangement of the site.

Our patent applications and pending trademarks are our property. Nothing on this website grants you any license or right to use them.

You may read our content, print pages for your own personal use, and share links to our website.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute our content commercially; use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence system or model; scrape or systematically extract content from our website or from Ask Clarida; or use our name, logo, or marks without written permission.

If you would like to reference our scientific work in academic or clinical writing, please write to support@claridavision.com. We are generally glad to say yes.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the website or Ask Clarida for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these Terms.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our systems, or another user's information.

Interfere with the operation of the website, including through automated scraping, denial of service, or the introduction of malicious code.

Attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or defeat the safeguards built into Ask Clarida, including its evidence boundary, in order to elicit responses that overstate what the science supports.

Use Ask Clarida to generate content for commercial purposes, or to extract our knowledge base.

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in connection with an order or a guarantee claim.

Resell our products without written authorization.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, Ask Clarida, and our products are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or Ask Clarida is free of harmful components.

We make no warranty regarding results. We do not warrant that Clarida Eye Support Capsules will produce any particular outcome, improve your vision, or affect any condition. Individual responses to any dietary supplement vary.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those states, some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Clarida, its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising out of your use of our website, Ask Clarida, or our products — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, Ask Clarida, or our products will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those states, some of the above may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarida Inc., its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website or Ask Clarida, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please talk to us first. If you have a problem, contact us at support@claridavision.com or 757-327-1762. Most issues are resolved in a single conversation, and we would far rather fix something than argue about it.

Informal resolution. If we cannot resolve a dispute through customer service, both of us agree to try to resolve it informally for sixty days before starting any formal proceeding. Either party may begin this period by sending written notice describing the dispute.

Arbitration. If informal resolution does not work, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, Ask Clarida, or our products will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the county where you live, or by telephone or video if you prefer. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

What this means. You and Clarida are both giving up the right to sue in court and the right to a jury trial, except as described below.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

No class actions. You and Clarida agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by writing to support@claridavision.com within thirty days of your first purchase, stating that you wish to opt out and including your name and order number. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms, and it will not affect your relationship with us in any way.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top.

If we make a material change, we will notify you — by email if we have your address, or by clear notice on the website — before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change.

14. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Clarida regarding your use of the website and our products.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we have given up the right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
